A nkur, a project of Nehru Children's Museum is dedicated to children's education development through sports and physical skill. It also trains the unemployed under- privileged youth on vocational training in computer hardware and software, recitation, interior decor etc.

It has a children's play area that has been developed for the benefit of the children of the locality.
